The Streaky Bay Medical Clinic is perfectly located within the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network facility and adjacent the Streaky Bay Hospital. The Clinic is currently a community owned and operated practice providing general GP clinic services and GP support to the Eyre and Far North Local Health Network Hospital.

This practice has been well supported by the neighbouring communities of Streaky Bay since its opening and delivers a business ethos of affordable health care for everyone. The staff are committed to providing exceptional and informative customer service to patients, carers and health care peers. The General Practitioner would be well supported by the Community Board, a Practice Manager, Administration Staff, Practice Nurse, and when applicable hospital staff.

In addition we offer the following;

• Available sessions 5 Days a week

• 70% of billing and hours negotiable

• 95% of on-call fees when providing on-call services to the hospital

• Flexible working conditions

An incentive package is available that includes rental assistance and future housing for applicants / purchasers seeking a 3 year or more term (conditions apply).

• Transfer of all existing (applicable) contracts and services
